Decide where you are wasting time.

Set realistic goals for time management.

Implement a time management plan.

Use time management tools like a planner.

Don't try to do everything yourself. Delegate!

Develop a routine and stick to it.

Set time limits for each task and stick to it.

Organize your desk and work area.

Don't sit and wait...move on to the next task.

At the end of the day "ask yourself what you accomplished."  If you are not satisfied with the results of the day reorganize your calendar for the next day and eliminate more time wasting tasks.
